A.J. Siegmann, Owner/President

 

  • For more than a dozen years, A.J. and his family - including managing his mother's agency - have provided the best in-home care services available across two states.  He is incredibly proud of the care team he and his staff have assembled on Oregon's North Coast. He and his wife and eight children, including seven foster care adoptees, live in the country outside Portland.

Sara Rice, Vice-President

 

  • Vice-President Sara Rice has served CFTC in multiple capacities since 2012. As our managing Vice-President, Sara oversees all daily operations for the agency  and also as the Vice-President for Security at a large regional bank, brings vast experience in solving complex problems and working with people.

Britaney Brim, Asst Administrator
HR and Case Management

  • Britaney joined CFTC's staff after working for multiple care facilities and physicians' offices in the area.  Britaney brings an impressive combination of both direct care experience and administrative experience that CFTC requires in it's administrative staff members.
